A good fit if

Your host wants you to switch PHP versions yourself, and you’d rather not.
You’re on PHP 8.1 or older and need the bigger jump to a supported version.
Your site earns money from ads or sales, so a broken day costs you.

Your host already moved you to a patched version. Use the free checklist to confirm nothing broke instead.
You want PHP rolled back to an older version. I won’t do that, because it reopens PHP2Shell.
The site needs a rebuild rather than an upgrade.

What I do, step by step

Record the “before.” I save how your key pages, ads.txt and ad code look and behave, with screenshots, so there’s something real to compare against.
Test on a staging copy. Where your host supports one, I try the new PHP version on a copy of your site first. Problems show up there, out of your visitors’ sight.
Upgrade your live site to a patched PHP version.
Check the “after.” Same pages, same ads.txt, same ad code, compared with the before record.
Fix what broke. Plugin and theme compatibility problems caused by the upgrade.
Send you a written report: what changed, what I checked, and before-and-after screenshots.

The $149 covers:

the PHP upgrade, with the staging test where your host supports it
before-and-after checks of your key pages, ads.txt and ad code
up to 1 hour of compatibility fixes
the written report

If a fix will take longer than that hour, I’ll tell you what it is and quote it before doing any of it. You decide. If the compatible version of a plugin or theme requires a paid license, that purchase is yours.

My promise: if the upgrade breaks something, I fix it at no extra cost, or refund you.

Which hosts do you work with?

Most of them. Hosting setups differ, so tell me yours in the form and I’ll confirm I can work with it before you commit to anything.

Will you put my site back on the old PHP version if something breaks?

No. Older versions are exactly what PHP2Shell attacks. I fix problems forward, and if I can’t, you get your money back.

What access will you need?

It depends on your host. After I read your request, I’ll tell you exactly what I need and why, and nothing more.

Is this the same as the UpdateCheckup™ tool?

No. The free checkup is a self-serve tool, coming soon. This service is the upgrade done for you, by me.
